A pilot is a small, guided rollout of MealPro with a select group of state agencies. During the pilot, reviewers complete a full procurement review inside MealPro using materials from previous reviews, allowing agencies to see exactly how the platform handles real‑world workflows. Our team provides full support throughout the process to ensure a smooth, accurate, and meaningful experience.

MealPro is built on the standard security baseline state agencies expect from a software vendor. Data is encrypted both when it is stored and when it is being sent. Every user logs in with two-factor authentication. Role-based access ensures people only see what their role needs. We keep audit logs, store all data in the United States, meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and carry cybersecurity insurance. We also have written policies for incident response and data handling. For formal certifications like SOC 2, StateRAMP, or GovRAMP, we engage with those processes when a state agency's procurement specifically requires them, rather than pre-building for certifications that may not match what you actually need.

Most state agencies can begin a pilot within 1–2 weeks. Once the agency selects the districts and provides review materials from previous procurement reviews, our team sets up the environment, walks reviewers through the platform, and the pilot can begin right away.
