MealPro is priced per state agency as a flat annual subscription, scaled to your agency's review volume. We work with state Child Nutrition divisions directly to scope a fit. Pilots and first-year engagements are priced to lower the barrier to entry. We want the first cohort of state agencies to succeed, not to negotiate.

Every user logs in with two-factor authentication. Role-based access ensures people only see what their role needs. We keep audit logs, store all data in the United States, meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and carry cybersecurity insurance. We also have written policies for incident response and data handling. For formal certifications like SOC 2, StateRAMP, or GovRAMP, we engage with those processes when a state agency's procurement specifically requires them, rather than pre-building for certifications that may not match what you actually need.
